Welcome to Backed Hire. Local expertise. Worldwide possibilities. Always free for workers.

OUR TRUST STANDARD

Trust should be clear.
Not just a check mark.

Good hiring starts with context on both sides. We explain the evidence, protect direct contact and leave the decision with people.

Know what each signal means.

Access to an inbox. Nothing more.

Confirmation establishes that someone could use the email link. It does not prove their identity, qualifications or work history.

TRUST GOES BOTH WAYS

A good fit.
For both sides.

Employers deserve context about the person. People deserve context about the employer. We’re building both into the introduction.

Experience with context.

Workers bring their skills and references. A relationship badge names the specific check completed, not a guarantee about the person.

Know who’s hiring.

Employer profiles separate business or household details checks from worker feedback. A published profile alone is not a verification badge.

Hear the other side.

Workers can share their experience of pay timing, getting started and communication. Invited and independent reviews are labeled. Honest criticism is welcome.

Relationship checks do not independently verify every opinion or guarantee future payment, safety or performance.

CONFIDENCE COMES FROM CLARITY

Real people.
Clearer evidence.
Your decision.

Look past a polished résumé. Understand the experience, read the context and see exactly what was checked.

  • Specific checks, not sweeping promises. A reference badge explains its scope.
  • Professional information first. Personal contact stays protected.
  • Honest experiences only. Reviews are submitted with permission and reviewed before publication.

PRIVACY, WITHOUT THE FINE-PRINT FEELING

Your information.
Your control.

Put your experience out there.
Not your private contact details.

Private means private.

Your email and phone number are excluded from public profiles. Direct-contact access requires your permission and an authorized employer unlock; it is not currently available.

You choose visibility.

Choose whether your approved professional profile is discoverable. Your first name, optional photo, skills and published references can be public. Pause discovery from your account.

Protection behind the scenes.

Account records are encrypted in storage. Passwords are hashed, not stored as readable text. Access to private account information is restricted.

No system can promise zero risk. Keep identity documents, home addresses and confidential information out of public fields.

REVIEWS WITH INTEGRITY

Honest experiences.
Not curated applause.

Worker and employer feedback is welcome, including criticism. Moderation checks consent, relevance, authenticity and personal information, not whether a review makes us look good.

  • Employer invitations and independent worker reviews are labeled.
  • Employers cannot edit or suppress worker feedback.
  • Reviewer email stays private; comments can still reveal who you are.
  • No paid verification badge or paid worker ranking.
  • Reviews can be withdrawn, corrected or disputed.
  • Leaving a review never requires joining or receiving marketing.
Share an honest platform experience

Let the real experience speak.

Worked with Daniel before? Your feedback should describe that work accurately, rather than imply a placement through this new platform.
